Cannot match VTx frequency with goggles

I cannot find on what frequency my VTx emits.
So I cannot pair it with DJI RACING EDITION goggles.
Powering up the QQ190 RTF quad I have constant blue – blinking 1/sec orange.
At the leds on the back I have the upper right LED constant RED
