I am trying to locate qty. 13 of the T-Motor MN3515-15 KV400.  Do you have this quantity in stock?

I am looking to purchase this today and get it shipped out today if possible.   We are a government contractor, our customer is the US Navy Base here in Panama City Beach, FL.
