Can you save videos from camera to CC3D? If yes how?

You cannot save your videos from a camera to a CC3D flight controller, however, if you want to record your FPV camera, you can do so with a DVR. There are many different kinds of DVR (digital video recorders) available for FPV and most will record directly to an SD card.
The newer line of Fatshark Goggles such as the Dominator V3s have a DVR built in, so you can record your flights straight from your goggle.
