In the manual I noticed the reference to the TBS CORE PRO, but do not see it on the diagram in the user manual and can not seem to locate it on the cube. Can you confirm that it is there and where it is?

If you are referring to the QQ190

The TBS Core pro is located on the bottom layer of the powercube (this is also true for the Unify Pro)
