Naze32 rev6 breakout cable to AR400 connections?

I purchased a Naze32 Rev6 board and have some confusion as to which pins I should be using to connect to my AR400?  Most of the information online for the rev5 boards depicts using the female to female breakout cables from the double stacked 10pin connection that are 5 on top and bottom, but on the rev6 board, those appear to be the connections for the telemetry/voltage alarm/buzzer etc.  I have a breakout cable that goes to the straight line 10 pins on what appears to be the R/C inputs, but am not sure which leads I should be plugging in from there to the AR400 for RUDD, ELEV, ALE, THRO, BND/DAT to which correlating pins (1-8)? Any help you could provide would be much appreciated for this NewB. Thanks

Hi Bryan,  You should run your inputs to the pins 1-4 on the Naze32.  Your receiver outputs a PWM signal on 4 channels.

You can map the channels any way that you want, but the stock settings are AETR  so you would connect ailerons to channel 1, elevator to channel 2, throttle to channel 3, and rudder to channel 4.  You will not be able to use modes because you don’t have enough channels with that radio.

We recommend the Taranis x9d radio for use with the Naze32 because of it’s robust features and ample channel options.

There are other options to run a Spectrum Satellite DSM2 or DSMX capable receiver.  Feel free to PM us if you want us to provide you with a receiver that will work with your radio system. You can do so at Quadquestions.com/contact
