Unable to Arm the QQ190 after a small crash

Hello, I had my QQ190 out today and a very minor crash and dumped it in the long grass. since then I have been unable to arm the quad via the usual switch.

The whole quad checks out ok on the start-up self check splash screen. In beta flight I’m able to spin up all the motors and see all the stick and switch movement from the TX. Everything looks good in software and hardware even after a recalibration and firmware re-flash I just cant arm. Any tips as I am completely stuck for ideas at the moment.

Thanks

Andy

Hi sorry to hear about the trouble. This can happen from time to time. The thing I would try first is to do an accelerometer calibration . The qq190 will not arm in angle mode if the accelerometer is tilted more than 45 degrees. You can do an accelerometer calibration by setting the qq190 RTF on a level surface and while unarmed, hold the left stick up and to the left while simultaneously holding the right stick down and middle. (see the manual on page 39)

You can also do an accurate calibration in betaflight. The key is to make sure that the motors are level when you perform the account calibration so that it hovers well in angle mode after the calibration.

Let me know if that helps .
