Ho to tune NAZE 32 Acro using Baseflight?

How can I tune my NAZE32? I have a QAV250 with a NAZE32 Acro and I feel like it is a little twitchy, feels like the elevation (left stick up/down in a mode2 taranis) needs a little tuning. This is my first quad, but I gave a test fly to a zrm of a friend of mine and his quad was a little smoother and the elevation wasn’t so sensitive, anyway, I feel like my qav250 keeps pulling up, feels like the elevation stick is too sensitive. By the way I’m using Baseflight. Thanks

If you are flying in rate mode, and you feel the quad sinking in the rear, it means that your i gains are too low. Try turning up the I gain under pitch in the PID section. You should turn it up enough that it locks position, but not so high that is slowly oscillates.

We are working on a video about PIDs that should help. Ill post it here when it is finished.

Hey Anthony, I’m flying angle mode, yeah, I’ve been doing some dd about calibrating flight controllers, I think I will have to try different gains until I feel that the quad is flying the way I like it. Hey, I’m really enjoying this learning process, I’ll look forward to check that video. Anthony can I switch to Cleanflight? and if so how would I do it? I’ve been seeing and reading a lot of good things about Cleanflight.
